4. payment and refunds

all payments are processed through stripe. by subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

we do not offer refunds. all payments are final and settled automatically. please review plans carefully before purchasing.

5. content ownership

you retain all rights to the videos you generate using our service. we do not claim ownership of your generated content.

you grant us a limited license to store and process your prompts and generated videos to provide the service.

6. acceptable use

you agree not to use the service to:

• generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content

• attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the service
• resell or redistribute access to the service
• generate content that violates any applicable laws

7. service availability

we strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. generation times vary based on traffic (typically 2-10 minutes). you can generate up to 5 videos simultaneously.

8. limitation of liability

tryseedance2 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

9. changes to terms

we reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
